The Will is the "energy of the hour". Humanity has reached a point in its evolution when it is, at last, ready and able to understand, appropriate and express a measure of the Divine Will emanating from Shamballa. Every human being who seeks to improve the welfare of the human race and to better the conditions upon our planet is challenged to come to an understanding of that great Force known as "Will" and to learn to express that Will-wisely, lovingly, intelligently and skillfully. It is not easy to understand and wield the Spiritual Will. To understand and express Love has been difficult enough. God's Will is at once more remote and more immediate. It is our hope that the music composed and orchestrated for The Festival of the Will, will promote this empowering understanding and revolution.
